Questions we often get
How much does it cost?
As a guide, automation starts at €490 excluding VAT, advanced automation at €900 excluding VAT, and a custom tool at €2,500 excluding VAT. Scoping costs €250 excluding VAT, deducted if the project goes ahead. The final quote is precise and adapted to your need.
How long does it take?
A simple automation can be up and running in a few days; a custom tool usually takes a few weeks. The exact timeline is set during scoping.
I'm not technical at all. Is that a problem?
No, that is the case for most of our clients. You explain how you work, we handle the rest, and we explain the tool in plain words.
Do we need to change our current software?
Usually not. We start from what you already use and make it work better. We only suggest replacing a tool when it is genuinely simpler for you.
What if something stops working after delivery?
We stay reachable. Fixes related to our work are covered, and we can agree on follow-up if your tool needs to evolve.
What if you're not available?
We deliberately take on only a few projects at a time. As there are two of us, one can take over if the other is unavailable. Every tool is delivered with documentation, so it never depends on a single person.
Is our data safe?
We only access what the project needs, and your data stays with you or in the tools you chose. If you prefer solutions hosted in Europe, we take that into account from scoping.
Do you use AI?
When it is useful, yes. But most time savings come from simple automations, without AI. We pick the best-suited tool, not the trendiest one.
